Become a Vendor at the 2010 Scottsdale Classic
The Scottsdale Classic Futurity and Quarter Horse Show is in its eighth year and continues to be a “FUN” show. Located in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona the area offers five star hotels, golf, shopping and wonderful weather. WestWorld is a world-class facility, and this show offers prize monies exceeding $200,000. The combination promises a show experience like none other. Exhibitors traveled from 29 states and Canada in 2009 to attend this Extraordinary Event. Entries exceeded 7,000 and featured more than 900 of the best American Quarter Horses in the country competing for thousands of dollars in prize money and points in a wide variety of events.
The 2010 Classic will again host the NRHA Southwestern Affiliate Finals, with a $10,000 added 3 year old Non Pro Reining Futurity and a $50,000 added 3 year old Open Reining Futurity. The show has 6 AQHA show days, NSBA Futurities and Maturities, including $7,500 added monies for 2 and 3 year old Western Pleasure futurities and we have added a Special Event Trail and Western Riding. The Scottsdale Classic is an event not to be missed.

 The Atmosphere
The surrounding area, North Scottsdale, is known for fabulous shopping, golf, dining, and entertainment; making the Scottsdale Classic a destination of choice for horse show exhibitors and their families. The Scottsdale Classic lives
up to its “FUN” reputation with a variety of hosted exhibitor parties taking place at the Show Grounds.
The Facility
WestWorld is one of the country’s premier horse show facilities. All vendor areas are in close proximity to the show rings, barns, and food vendors, with excellent customer access.
Space Pricing
Vendor spaces for the Scottsdale Classic will be located in the outside areas immediately surrounding the Equidome, (indoor show arena), and adjacent show arenas. Set-up will be Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Vendors wishing to arrange for rental equipment (tents, tables, etc.) may contact Creative Event Rentals at 480-840-0202 (fax 480-855-5342).
